I recently introduced a website redesign challenge called Speedy Site Spruce-Up 2026. For those of you who are interested, I'm excited to work on my site with you! Oh, I forgot to tell you...I'm going to be part of the challenge, too! I've always dreaded working on my website, whether it's my portfolio site or business website, or any place online where I have to showcase myself and what I have to offer. I love designing and ideating things for others, but for me? Horrible! I go to great lengths to avoid it.

This is why my website is currently out of date why the 1-Day Website Audit is as great a fit for me as it might be for you.

But why am I going on and on about this website audit thingy in the first place? Is this...*gasp*...sponcon?

No, in fact! I'm not being paid to tell you about Stargazed Studio or the 1-Day Website Audit. Not in money, anyway.

Hwhaaat? What could you possibly mean?

I mean that I participated in a Secret Santa Swap in which I promoted Stargazed Studio, and another Secret Santa promoted me to their audience.

At time of writing I don't know who my Secret Santa is but I'm excited to find out!

So, while we're not getting paid for these promo swaps, we're all paying it forward! And I am genuinely excited for this website challenge because I think it will add value for all of us here in the Cultivate Your Weirdness reader community. The challenge, by the way, wasn't part of the Secret Santa rules, it was just me geeking out and having a little extra fun with it.

Think of all your past workplaces where your boss or someone else tried to boost morale by saying, "we're a family here!" but it ended up having the opposite effect. Where the only parts of "family" that your workplace mirrored were all the bad parts. Like real family, you can't choose your work family, but you can surround yourself with chosen family who supports you and believes in your dreams and goals. For entrepreneurs, dreamers, seekers and pivoters of all kinds, that's incredibly important! My favorite thing about Legends is the way the network has organically grown through referrals by other Legends and Lex doing all the awesome work they do, therefore bringing in awesome people.
