​Part II Once the mural is done, everyone can sign their work as their character names. Someone should photograph the completed mural (especially if it’s their Secret Power). Then, because we need to vanquish these foes, take the containers of water and take turns pouring them over the mural to erase it and your foes to reset for the new year. You can film this process as well if you’d like.

In or near the wet remains of the foes, take time now to draw what you’re hopeful for in the new year in a new mural, adding 30 more minutes to the timer. Change the music to something more upbeat and get excited for good things to come.

The purpose of this activity is to remember that everything in life is temporary, both challenges as well as things we take for granted, like important friendships. How can you as a group resolve to stay connected and continue to support each other in the new year? What did you learn about each other from this activity?
