Clarity. Confidence. Connectedness - to yourself, to the earth, to the communities that you value (and value you back!).

Unfortunately, these things are not quick and easy "click to add to cart" items (Shh! the Cyber Monday marketers in your inbox stage-whisper. Of course you can buy confidence in a jar! And those jars are buy one get one free today only!). They take work, and temporary shortcuts are just that...temporary.

Of course, we're all welcome to celebrate the ubiquitous term/ritual that has defined these economic times, the "little treat"...and doing so often feels great! However, we are often conditioned toward consuming over cultivating, following over feeling, accumulating over ameliorating...which can sometimes leave us feeling comfortable, satiated, but ultimately empty and always wanting more.

The great thing about things like clarity, confidence and connectedness is that you don't have to be perfect as you build them up. The magic can't and won't happen all at once, but even with the small actions you take, you will notice a difference.

Eventually the magic in a jar will run out. The novelty of the latest shiny object will fade. But the foundation you build brick by brick when you take small steps will last a lifetime.
